From the anime Alien Nine, Yuri Otani is a simple 12 year old girl that has gotten nominated by her class to protect them from aliens. She luckily isn't alone in protecting the school as 2 others are given this glorious task as well. With some help from the "Borg" aliens who protect their hosts it's sure to get a little hairy at times in school while trying to learn and fight aliens at the same time.
Why I like her: She's basically Shinji from Evangelion in little girl form. Which is how most people picture Shinji anyway. XD
Why I hate her: She's afraid of everything and is one of the biggest crybabies in anime I have ever seen.
Overall: Cute and messed up. What a lovely combination. Yuri might irritate you a little or a lot but it's worth watching for some odd reason.

I love this anime! Why does not one know about this OVA anymore? It’s a really weird, odd, and unique show, but one many people would like IMO. And yea Yuri is a crybaby but I don’t want the borg licking my back while I’m naked either…Also did you “get” that” this show was somehow about recovering from sexual abuse. In fact I think it’s about that…and so much more. I read the manga for this too…which just gets weirder btw and makes even less sense. Nice pick.

yeah i’m gonna get around to the ova at some point. i completely recommend this show to everyone that is looking for a short weird ass ova to watch
