From the anime Red Garden, Lula is the contact between the lead girls and Animus, the organization at war with the Hervé's family. She is also a victim of reanimation like the lead girls along with her brother JC.
Why I like her: She's kick ass in combat and has one true goal. She likes to be pretty mysterious too. Possibly brother complex.
Why I hate her: Nope. The only one I didn't hate at all in the series. Unless you count her huge lips. 
Overall: Big lips, in America, and chicks crying/fighting. Not bad.

I loved Red Garden! It’s an underwatched show, more people should give it a chance. Sure it starts out a little slow, but it becomes a gripping horror/thriller with time. Plus I just loved the focus on the characters. This was a top notch show from anyway I look at it.
Lulu as a charcter started out kind of “evil” in my opinion anyway. In retrospec she’s not a bad person, per say, but she could have been a better person. She bothers me a little bit, but I like how she kicks ass later on in the show. Kate Ashley was my favorite character from the show. Plus she’s just a cutie

heh I think Lula was the only one i though was good looking in the show (minus the lips XD) I completely agree that it felt like she started off as a bad dude but her story progressed pretty darn good by the end of it all
