Bai Ji-Shin Chang
From the anime Black Lagoon, Bai Ji-Shin Chang is the boss of a Thailand branch of the Sun Yee On Triad. His weapons of choice generally are dual-wielding pistols (Benelli B76 and AMT Hardballer) in a fashion similar to that of gun fu. He is probably the one who taught Revy how to handle her guns making him the only man she really admires. He has a great respect for Balalaika (the boss of Hotel Moscow) and she tenderly has the nickname "babe" for him which he doesn't overly enjoy.
Why I like him: He's totally awesome and very bad ass with his guns. He makes what Revy does look like child's play. In my opinion he's the most interesting character in the show. I enjoyed his playful yet serious attitude to everything, even killing. He's pretty cute too.
Why I hate him: He wasn't in the show more.
Overall: When a secondary character steels my heart that generally says something about the shows main cast.

I liked this guy, but I was disappointed that they didn’t give him an accent in the dub. Practically everyone in the dub had an accent except the main cast and Chang.

Yeah I didn’t understand why he didn’t have an awesome accent either. It probably would have made me love him a whole lot more XD although honestly his VA was pretty darn good. and at least the black man sounded like a black man

Chang is definitely a cool dude. Looks as if there might be more of him in the OVA, which is fine by me. More Dutch would be cool, too. We don’t get to see him in action often enough.

yeah Dutch was the only one of the main cast that I actually enjoyed. the computer nerd was hardly even a main character lol

I really love loads of this series charas. Dutch, Balalaika’s Team, Shenhua, Revy, the creepy twins, Roberta, Eda and of course the other nun are just amazing. Actually, BL hasn’t a plot, but the characters are stunning *^*
