Matsurika Shinoji
From the anime Maria Holic, Matsurika Shinoji is Mariya's sadistic maid. She will obey all of Mariya's orders. She is generally very quiet but when she does talk it's generally pretty vulgar.
Why I like her: She's a sassy maid. What more do I need to say here.
Why I hate her: While I do generally enjoy maid characters, I bet Matsurika would have made a better friend character than a maid. Instead of making her quiet all the time we could have listened to her insults a lot more! 
Overall: Maid guitar! I love the OP for that.

I loved Matsurika! The deadpan abuse was my second favorite part of Maria Holic after Kanako’s fantasies. Great maid guitar image there too.

I REALLY wish that the show revolved around Mariya and Matsurika more. Sure they were there but it was mostly all about Kanako which just got tremendously boring after 5 episodes or so.

Matsurika was just another example of untapped potential in a show full of untapped potential. Her “opening salvo” towards Kanako was one of the reasons I was so high on the show in the beginning (that and the wonderful colors and animation). She was nice when I got to hear her. Unfortunately that was about all I could say about her.
