Mayama Takumi

From the anime Honey and Clover, Mayama Takumi starts off as a 22 year old fourth-year art student. He helps out Rika Harada with various errands at her design firm that she can not do because of a disability. He grows strong feelings for her after some time, where at school a girl named Yamada Ayumi has strong feelings for him. His love triangle begins.

Why I like him: Even though he always says in the anime that he is lame and so uncool, I think he is totally awesome and cool! He follows his heart very well and is super determined to meet his goals be it in love or his work. He's completely adorable even if I wanted to punch him at times but that's just part of his awesome charm. <3

Why I hate him: Scroll over for ***SPOILER*** HE DIDN'T CHOOSE THE GIRL I WANTED HIM TO!!! >.<

Overall: If it wasn't for Mayama and his wonderful story I probably would have hated this show to bits because the other love triangle was dreadfully boring to me. Let alone hating Hagu I gotta watch more Josei anime because I seem to enjoy them a great deal.

From the anime Mermaid's Forest, Yuta is a 500 year old immortal. He got that way by eating the flesh of a mermaid. Though he didn't find out he was immortal right away. Only when he wed and watched his wife age while he did not, did he come to realize that he was immortal. Now he travels around in search of another mermaid in hopes that it can help him become mortal once more.

Why I like him: While he may hate being immortal I would LOVE to be in his situation. His relation ship with Mana was very interesting to see play out.

Why I hate him: Not at all.

Overall: Yuta's adventures lead him into interesting situations and he comes across some strange things.

From the anime Kaiba, Neiro is a mysterious girl who shares an unknown connection with Kaiba and not much else is known about her other than she grew up with a boy named Popo.

Why I like her: She was random and spunky. Love those pigtails.

Why I hate her: Too much uncertain things about her. Let alone what happens at the end of the series.

Overall: It's bizarre and will make you think a lot. I'm still unsure about my whole experience with this show honestly so I'll probably have to re-watch it at some point.

Chiyoko Fujiwara

From the anime Millennium Actress, Chiyoko Fujiwara is a famous actress and a documentary is being made about her life. When she was young she was inspired to become an actress by a young man, that was an artist, who was running away from the military with her help. She loved him but he ended up leaving her quickly to hide, but left a key behind. Her acting career takes her on a journey around the world in hopes that she may return this key to him someday.

Why I like her: She's old now and has led quite the exciting life thanks to her career. Her memories blending fact and fiction with her life and movies was amazing to me. I can only hope that when I get that age I'll be as interesting with my memories... lol

Why I hate her: Nope.

Overall: RIP Mr. Satoshi Kon. You will be missed.

From the anime Rizelmine, Tomonori Iwaki is a normal 14 year old boy whom has a huge crush on his older teacher. One day Rizel appears out of no where with her 3 dads and marries Tomonori. Stuck in a 12 year old girls body she needs love from her husband in order for her body to progress or fireworks shall fly from her tears...

Why I like him: He didn't settle into this random arrangement easily like his parents did. Well how most males would. "Hey sudden cute loli girlfriend?! I mean wife... SIGN ME UP!" Not for him. He acted like a good male tsundere in my opinion. I enjoyed seeing Rizel being kicked around. XD

Why I hate him: Being angry all the time even for a teenager gets super annoying at times. Even if he does warm up by the end of things a tad.

Overall: Oddly entertaining little series. Just the right amount so it doesn't get annoying. I can't imagine it being regular length episodes and not getting tiresome.
