It has been a while but I'm back with another yummy anime food!

Which anime is that delicious dish from? Master Keaton! I suggest checking it out of you like very real life detective shows.

What is that delicious dish? Sole Fish with white wine peppercorn sauce sprinkled with fresh parsley on top!

How do I make that delicious dish?

The Fish: Any kind will do. I choose Sole because it's a nice and light fish perfect for sauces.

  • Pan fry to your liking.

The Sauce: I used a store bought packaged sauce and enhanced it with the peppercorns but if you wish to make one from scratch here's a great simple recipe.

  •  1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3/4 cup White Wine
  • 2 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 tablespoon of  Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of Whole Peppercorns (or as many you desire)
  • Pinch of Salt and Pepper to taste

Mix ingredients together in a sauce pan on medium heat. Stir then lower the temperature, keep stirring until till thick.

Note: If you wish you can crack the peppercorns for less of a bold mouthful while eating since whole they are quite strong.

Note: If you don't eat fish I'm sure you could replace with tofu. Pork is also quite good with this sauce.

The Dish:

  • Place your fish in the middle of your dish.
  • Pour the sauce on the fish and all around it.
  • Sprinkle some fresh parsley on top and serve.

    I really need to get over my fear of cooking fish for the first time and just do it! I love almost all fish so it’s a shame that I never try to cook it >< Thanks for this recipe, and it looks delicious!

      Fish can be tricky so I understand how hard it is to try. It cooks in no time, easily burns and turns super flaky quickly. there’s honestly a lot of trial and error involved in cooking fish heh. But you should totally give it a whirl! ^__^
