366 Days of Anime School Uniforms: Day 5/366 Full Metal Panic

Day 5/366

Full Metal Panic is a fun show that takes a normal high school girl and mixes her life up to the extreme. Chidori pretty much always wears her school uniform unless they are at the beach. Sousuke gets to wear his fancy military suit often enough but he too is mainly in his school uniform.

Girls get to wear a nice light blue skirt with a fancy white top that has light blue trimmings on the jacket. I love the jacket for this uniform. I like the pattern it gives off and if you have boobs it gives off a great look. I don't overly like the bow because it seems out of place with the rest of the uniform being blue and then they throw in your face a red bow but I guess they had to make it stand out somehow. The short sleeve top is quite nice with the blue stripes around the arms and waist.

Boys have a simple black uniform that looks the same as every other one in anime. But they do have a fancy gray trimming along their jacket that puts it a step above all the others in my opinion. The white short sleeved shirt with gray stripes is pretty simple but looks great. Maybe it's just because I really think Sousuke is pretty darn hot that these simple uniforms look good...

Overall: I'd totally wear this just because I'd love to go to school with these guys everyday! It would be an awesome adventure.

chii Finally Made One!

Favourites are a great thing. What makes these shows mine is that I think about them very often when I'm thinking about anime and wish to watch them more than once. Some of them I've already watched 5+ times. To be a favourite they also must be entertaining as a whole series. So if they have season 2's or more, I should have loved them just as much as their season one. Everything on the list below applies! I've been meaning to make this kind of list for many years now and I've finally sat down and mulled through all my anime titles and picked these 100 to be my absolute favourites.

Like digitalboy I'll be updating this list regularly from now on but not once a month. I will only update when I feel an anime has stood up to my standards to break into this 100 anime list. 365 Days of Anime Characters: Day 42/365 Sousuke Sagara

Day 42/365

From the anime Full Metal Panic, Sousuke Sagara is a sergeant for the anti-terrorist private military company. Within this company he works in the SRT (Special Response Team). He has grown up and known war all of his short 17 years of life which makes him very professional at his job.

Why I like him: He is generally very calm and knows what action to take right away even if that action seems a little out there. If I needed someone to follow me around and protect me I'd want it to be him. He's deliciously hot too.

Why I hate him: His interaction with Kaname, while amusing, were painful to watch at times. I never knew someone could fail that much at basic human interaction till Sousuke came along.

Overall: Traveling through the 3 different series watching his growth, pains, and humor has been a pleasure to watch. He is your typical military grunt but a lovable one. The depths of his character are so great I find after watching the show over 5 times that I still learn more and more about with every re-watch.
