From the anime Minami-ke, Kana Minami is the middle sister of the 3 Minami sisters. She is in her second year of junior-high school. She is a happy crazy girl that just wants to have fun even if she sucks at school and gets bad grades. Kana contains the kanji for summer which is a common theme among the girls as Haruka is spring and Chiaki is autumn.

Why I like her: She is full of energy and excitement in everything she does. Everything she does is hilarious to me.

Why I hate her: Sometimes she takes her jokes too far and ends up hurting the person. Chiaki is generally the target of this because she is the youngest sister.

Overall: Slice of life has to be REALLY funny for me to enjoy it. Kana adds so many hilarious moments to this anime for me that it makes it a favourite easily for my slice of life watches.
